Dallas real estate photographer for properties that need to lease or sell.
A listing does the first showing before anyone books one. Rubix shoots the property inside and out, a walkthrough video that shows how the rooms connect, and vertical clips for the posts and agent profiles where people actually find listings now.
This page is about moving a specific property: a home, a unit, a floor of office space or a lease-up. For design-led interiors of offices, hotels and restaurants, see interior photography.

Questions
Real Estate Photo + Video in Dallas, answered.
What is the difference between real estate and interior photography?
Real estate photography is made to lease or sell a specific property, so every room is covered and the set is built for listing sites. Interior photography is design-led, for businesses showing off a space they operate. Rubix does both; this page is the listing side.
Do you shoot residential and commercial listings?
Yes: homes, apartments and multifamily communities, plus office, retail and flex-space availability across Dallas-Fort Worth.
Can you add drone photos and video?
Yes, where conditions and regulations permit. Much of Dallas-Fort Worth sits near controlled airspace around DFW, Love Field and other airports, so each address is checked before aerial is scheduled.
Do you do 3D tours or floor plans?
No. Rubix shoots listing stills, walkthrough video, vertical clips and aerial. If a listing also needs a 3D tour or floor plan, that is a separate specialist.
